microbes that break down substances such as fats, oils, grease, starch, urine, feces, and mold, converting them into harmless dioxide
and water.
Biological Microbial Cleaner that cleans contaminated surfaces. It is ready to use as a multipurpose microbial cleaner. BCM uses microbes that consume food-grade fats, oils, grease, starch, urine, feces, and mold, converting them into dioxide and water. You can mix up to a 1:3 ratio with water depending on the contamination of the area to be cleaned. Excellent surface preparation cleaner for areas that are going to be sealed and recoated or overlaid with concrete repair products. BCM is completely organic and safe for all surfaces!
BCM MIXING & APPLICATION
To achieve the best outcome, follow these directions: saturate the contaminated surface with water, then spray BCM at 35Osqft/gal.
Thoroughly scrub the entire area using a stiff broom or mechanical scrubber, making sure to agitate the surface every 15 minutes
to prevent drying. If necessary, add more water to the surface while avoiding puddling. After one hour, rinse the area and repeat the
